Powerlifting Training

If your prepping for a comp or just want to add some kilos to the big three lifts your in good hands with our strength coaches at TTC. We can help you with getting ready for any RAW power lifting comp or even if you want to compete in our in house competitions we have everything you need including calibrated plates, competition bars, benches and even a mono-lift
